Jake Taylor born in Liverpool England was the main songwriter in 1990s Aberdeen based band Glasshouse , until persueing his solo ambitions in 2003 on completing his solo Album Tales of passion,  an album in which Jake composed all the material some of which material he wrote for Glasshouse also more recent compositions the music is differcult to describe, as there are so many different styles within Jakes music, yet the melodies and words evoke  deep thought  touching on topical subjects.
